What to include

Include the page URL, the reading or label involved, its displayed observation time, what you expected and enough detail to reproduce the problem. A screenshot can help with a visual or accessibility defect.

Do not email health records, precise home coordinates, account credentials, private keys or other sensitive information. Your email address and message will be handled by the sender's and recipient's email providers.

Data and official advice

Haze Monitor republishes public observations from the Department of Environment Malaysia and Singapore's National Environment Agency. It cannot correct an official source reading. If the value on Haze Monitor matches the source but you believe the source is wrong, contact the responsible agency.

Response expectations

The project has no staffed help desk or guaranteed response time. Clear, reproducible reports are reviewed when maintainers are available. For a sensitive security report, start with a short email that identifies the affected page and asks how to share the details safely.
